My neighborhood is very noisy, because of people with intellect problems and alcoholics. They cause many disturbances, but sometimes they are funny. There is a boy that lives with his mother. She is divorced and she has a love affair with a married man. All the neighbors know of the love affair, including her son. He has problems with his intellect and all night is very noisy, because the boy shouts in the middle of the street that the mother is girlfriend of a married man. The situation is funny, because the married man lives near, so it is funny to see his labor so that the wife does not suspect.
